The service
Ottobook ([LEGAL ENTITY NAME]) provides software that helps independent service professionals answer inquiries, schedule appointments, send their own agreements and collect payments. Ottobook is a tool; artists remain responsible for their services, prices, policies and agreements.
Your agreements and prices
Artists supply their own contracts and set their own prices and policies. Ottobook doesn't write or alter contract terms and doesn't provide legal, tax or financial advice.
Payments
Client payments are processed by Stripe directly to the artist's own Stripe account, under Stripe's terms. Refunds, disputes and chargebacks are the artist's responsibility. Ottobook never issues refunds automatically. [STATE ANY OTTOBOOK SUBSCRIPTION FEES, BILLING AND RENEWAL TERMS.]
Automated messages
Artists control what the booking assistant may send on their behalf and must comply with laws that apply to messaging their clients, including consent and opt-out rules for text messages.
